13 or 26 Week Personalized Fixed Training Plan – $295/$395
The 13 or 26 week personalized training plan is a fixed plan for the athlete that will require no changes. Summit Steps Coaching will have a coach contact you within 3 days of purchase to discuss:
- Personal goals
- Available training times
- Selected race
- Athletic history and workout logs
- Current fitness levels
- Family commitments.
After the initial phone consultation your coach will put together a detailed 13 or 26 week workout plan specific to you and your chosen race delivered via Final Surge. You will then have a few days to review it followed by a final phone call from Summit Steps Coaching to discuss the plan and questions you may have.
